Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes gems, packs, bundles, the Founder's Crown, Auction Expansions, Rift Tickets and Crownforge Credits, and items paid for with credits.

Everything you buy is digital content delivered to your account immediately. By completing a purchase you ask us to deliver it right away and acknowledge that, once it's delivered, you lose any right to cancel the purchase.

• Didn't receive your items? Purchases arrive within a minute. If something is missing, email [email protected] with your account name and Stripe receipt and we'll deliver it.
• Charged twice or charged in error? Contact us and we'll correct genuine billing errors.
• Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded by agreement.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without contacting us first may lead to the account being suspended and purchased items removed.
